By accessing and using Pixforge ("the Service"), available at pix-forge.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

Pixforge is a free, browser-based pixel art editor and image converter that allows users to:

• Convert images to pixel art using various algorithms
• Create pixel art from scratch using drawing tools
• Apply retro color palettes to images
• Export artwork in various scales and formats

All image processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, upload, or have access to any images you create or edit.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Using the Service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

Any artwork you create using Pixforge is 100% owned by you. We make no claim to any content you create, and you are free to use your creations for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.

4.2 Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, branding, and code, is owned by TZK Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

5. Free Service and Advertisements

Pixforge is provided free of charge. To support the continued development and maintenance of the Service, we display advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Advertisements will be displayed during your use of the Service
• Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for ad content
• You should not click on ads unless genuinely interested in them

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Data Loss

Since all processing occurs in your browser, we are not responsible for any loss of work or data. We recommend regularly exporting and saving your work locally. Browser data, including cached work, may be cleared by the browser or operating system at any time.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TZK Studio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
